Charges and Booking of Nav chandi Path
Navchandi Path Charges
All charges are including GST.
Nav Chandi Path is limied to single day of the week (for now), that is Tuesday. It means, Pilgrims can book online/offline tickets only for Tuesdays.
Navchandi Path service can be booked offline (Niharika Complex Reservation Counter & Spiritual Growth Center Counter) and online.
Bookings are not refundable in case of cancellation.
Pilgrims for Nav Chandi Path are required to report at the Spiritual Growth Center Katra before 10:00 a.m.
In case the ticket is booked online for Nav Chandi Path, then pilgrims are required to report at the Serli Helipad Katra at 8 a.m.
Nav Chandi Path Bookings can neither be rescheduled nor cancelled, and no refund will be processed in case of no show.
No of Attendants allowed free along with are 2 for Category A and 1 for Category B.
Attendants are eligible only for complimentary Meals and Dormitory Accommodation.
A maximum of 5 Helicopter tickets for category A and 2 Tickets for category B are complimentary.
Accompanying Attendants are not eligible for Complimentary Helicopter Tickets.
Please carry the printout of the Booking Receipt and produce the Original ID Proof used at the time of Booking, failing which Shrine Board reserves the right to deny the services.
Pilgrim's Journey preference cannot be changed. In case of any genuine concerns alternate travel arrangement will be made at the sole discretion of Shrine Board.
Nav Chandi Path rates will remain the same irrespective of whether a pilgrim wishes to avail the Complimentary Services - Helicopter and Accommodation.
Pilgrims need to collect the eligible free Prasad during their stay at the Shrine Premises. Prasad will not be shipped in case Pilgrims fail to collect during their visit to the Shrine..
Shrine Board has not authorised any Private Travel Agent/Agency for selling any sort of Tickets.
Nav Chandi Path Category - A
Charges
₹ 1 Lakh for minimum 3 and maximum 5 pilgrims.
Attendants
Maximum 2 Attendants allowed after maximum 5 pilgrims.
Journey
Only Helicopter from Katra to Sanjhi chhat and pony/battery car from Sanjhi chhat/Panchi Helipad to Bhawan and vice-versa. Attendants will not be allowed in helicoptor. Either they will have to buy the tickets or opt for any alternate route.
In case of extreme weather when helicoptor is not operational, battery car from Katra Serli Helipad to Bhawan and vice-versa.
Accomodation
In case of next day return (NDR), Accomodation is applicable Only at Main Bhawan, Vaishno Devi. 1 Four bedded Non-AC Room for Pilgrims and Attendants will be given dormitories only.
In case of same day return (SDR), Accomodation is applicable Only Spiritual Growth Centre, Katra. 2 double bedded AC Room for Pilgrims and Attendants will be given dormitories only.
Ropeway Tickets For Bhairo Mandir
Pilgrims are given tickets to ropeway on the same day when you reach Bhawan. For Example, if your helicoptor tickets are for Tuesday and you reached Bhawan by 1 pm, your ropeway tickets will be valid for same day.
Attka Aarti
Any of the slot is allocated depending on the aarti slot choice or availabilty, from Same day evening aarti OR next day morning attka aarti.
Food & Breakfast
Three times meal at Bhawan (Durga Bhawan). Say you reached by 1 pm to Bhawan on Tuesday, you will get Lunch and Dinner at night and In case you are returning next day (NDR) the breakfast in Durga Bhawan.
Darshan and Prashad
1 Packet of Prashad at Durga Bhawan Counter. Prashad is complimentary and it will not be shipped to your address.
Nav Chandi Path Category - B
Charges
₹ 75000/- for minimum 1 and maximum 2 pilgrims.
All Rules Applicable as Category A
In any case of SDR and NDR, all rules are applicable as per category - A.
Attendants
Only 1 Attendant allowed after maximum 2 pilgrims.
Journey
Only Helicopter from Katra to Sanjhi chhat and pony/battery car from Sanjhi chhat to Bhawan and vice-versa. Attendant will not be allowed in helicoptor. Either he/she will have to buy the tickets or opt for any alternate route.

Food & Breakfast
In case of SDR, Two times meal at SGC Katra. Say you reached by 1 pm to Bhawan on Tuesday by 10 am and your are back to SGC by 4 pm same day, you will get a Dinner and next day breakfast, if you stay.
Darshan and Prashad
1 Pocket Prashad at Durga Bhawan Counter before Darshan. No Stay at Bhawan. Prashad is complimentary
All routes, for example, Katra SGC (Spiritual Growth Centre) to Helipad and from Helipad to Bhawan and vice versa will be covered by Shrine Board and no extra payment is required.
