Dormitory Charges

Dormitories can be booked offline and online.
Bookings are not refundable in case of cancellation.
Dont allocate your booked dormitories to someone else. This is due to safety and security of you and others.
Dont sell your online booked dormitories. At reception, it found unmatched, it is cancelled.
Online booking is done at 10 am on the official website of Maa vaishno devi shrine board which is https://www.maavaishnodevi.org
Online booking is done two months advance. For Example, for the bookings of August, you will be allowed to book it in the first week of June (like 1st or 2nd June).
Online booking is just like Tatkal bookings of Indian Railway, which gets full very fast so be ready with your bank details, people details, their ID cards etc.
Offline booking starts at 10 am at the counter of respective locations.
Offline booking is not accepted in advance for next days.
Offline booking for dormitories can be done for Bhawan, from Niharika Complex in the morning 7 am.

Offline booking for rooms can be done for Sharda Bhawan (Adhkuwari), Durga Bhawan, Vaishnavi Bhawan and Gouri Bhawan, from Niharika Complex in the morning 7 am for the same day.
For the online/offline bookings of Durga Bhwan and new Kalka bhawan, please report to Durga Bhawan Reception.
For the online/offline bookings of Vaishnavi Bhawan, Gouri Bhawan and Vaishnavi Bhawan Hut, please report to Gouri Bhawan Reception.
