Ropeway can be booked offline and online.
Online Bookings are not fully refundable in case of cancellation.
Full amount (Excluding deductions if any ) shall be refunded only in case of cancellation of Ropeway operations due to bad weather/technical reasons at the sole discretion of Shrine Board.
Ropeway Service booking is required for pilgrims of age 3 years and above only.
Infants/Children below 3 years of age will be allowed to travel free and equivalent to the number of Pilgrims. Passenger(s) will be required to produce valid age proof of children at the entry gate.
The ticket once booked is non-transferable and non-refundable and Yatra registration with RFID Card is mandatory for availing Ropeway facility.
Online booking is done two months advance. For Example, for the bookings of August, you will be allowed to book it in the first week of June (like 1st or 2nd June).
Online booking is just like Tatkal bookings of Indian Railway, which gets full very fast so be ready with your bank details, people details, their ID cards etc.
Offline booking counter starts at 6:00 am at ropeway counter the counter of Bhawan.
Heavy luggages are not allowed to carry in Ropeway car. Hand Bag is allowed.
Tickets will be valid for only two hours after the check-in at Manokamna Bhawan.
Queue is often longer and takes upto 45 minutes to reach ropeway car after purchasing tickets.
Online ticket holders can skip the queue for buying offline tickets and can save time.
