SSVP Pooja Bookings cannot be cancelled, preponed, or postponed and no refund will be processed in case of no show. .
For Privilege redemption please visit Niharika Bhawan – Katra before 11:00 a.m. with the Booking Receipt and Original ID Proof used for Booking.
Morning and Evening Time for SSVP is 6:00 am/pm respectively, so be ready on time and reach the cave by 5:30 am
Free Helicoptor service and accomodation at bhawan is given by Shrine board for SSVP Pujan pligrims.
The Pilgrim coming via Adhkuwari can opt for Battery car and its decided while booking is done online.
Pilgrim can book a maximum of Two tickets per Transaction / Account.
All pilgrims should report at the same time and as per the reporting time and Shrine Board reserves the right to deny entry to the Pooja in case of late reporting.
Pilgrims are requested to report at Niharika Bhawan – Katra before 11:00 AM on the previous Day in case of Morning Slot and 11:00 AM of Service day in case of evening Slot.
Pilgrim's Journey preference cannot be changed. In case of any genuine concerns alternate travel arrangement will be made at the sole discretion of Shrine Board.
Helicopter Service is free in case the accompanying child age is below two years.
For children above the age of two years Helicopter Service Tickets can be purchased Online, Current Counter Niharika, Katra and Sanjhichhat Helipad.

Pilgrims need to collect the eligible free Prasad during their stay at the Shrine Premises.
The details once submitted at the time of Booking will not be modified and Shrine Board shall not be responsible for any incorrect / incomplete details furnished at the time of Booking.
